At The Couples Duvet, we strive to get your order to you as soon as possible. We offer free shipping on all orders over $50 and a flat rate of $5 for orders under $50. We use only the most reliable carriers to ensure that your order arrives safely and on time. If you have any special shipping requests, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team.
We take great care in packaging your order to ensure that it arrives in perfect condition. All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped out. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can make it right.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from The Couples Duvet. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
